Hand-shaped reliquary

It is an impressive hand-shaped reliquary, decorated with precious zircon stones and ornate metal elements. This object is an important functional and devotional ecclesiastical vessel, used to store the sacred relics of saints.

The reliquary is two-coloured, with gilded and silver details, and decorated with elaborate motifs that refer to the Byzantine tradition. The zircon stones in various colours, such as red, blue and green, add further aesthetic value and sanctity to the object.

The dimensions of the reliquary are 43,00 x 9,00 cm, which makes it impressive both in size and in detail. Its construction follows the Orthodox ecclesiastical tradition and is carried out in a selected Greek workshop, with respect to the liturgical use and religious significance of the object.
