Inauguration of the Holy Temple of Agia Marina Ammoudia

On Sunday, May 10, His Eminence the Metropolitan of Sidirokastro Mr. Makarios inaugurated the Holy Temple of Agia Marina in the parish of Ammoudia.
This new Holy Temple was built entirely and beautified by the Evangelidis family and was donated to the Holy Diocese and especially to the parish of Ammoudia, its place of origin for the worship needs of the faithful of the area.
The festival of Agia Marina gathers a large number of Christians every year.
On the eve of the inauguration, despite the temporary bad weather, the Vespers of the inauguration were performed by His Eminence Serres. Theologian in the presence of the home of the Archbishop who spoke in the church after the funeral of His Eminence the Metropolitan of Sidirokastro.
On the day of the inauguration, His Holiness performed the inauguration in the presence of a large number of Christians and spoke about the event and thanked in particular the entire family of donors who diligently take care of the tidiness of the Holy Temple.
